FAQ - We're Hiring

1. When is Cleopatra open?

Our current opening hours are:


- Monday to Wednesday from 7am to 3pm


- Thursday to Sunday from 7am to late (10pm)


2. Do we take reservation?

Yes, we are currently taking reservation via our booking system. Our full dining menu and drinks menu are available. Also check on our special offers through the website


3. Can we accommodate a larger group?

Yes, we are accepting bookings for up to 20 people. For groups larger than 20, please contact our team via email to enquiry. If any members of your party have any dietary requirements, please let our team know in advance of your reservation.


4. Do we have a function room?

Not necessarily, otherwise entire venue book-outs are available and are subject to minimum spend requirements. Cleopatra is designed and licensed as a sit-down restaurant venue and functions are only possible for venue book-outs (subject to availability/permit).

5. Can I bring my own choice of wine?

Cleopatra Scarborough is a fully licensed venue and guests are not permitted to BYO.

We have a wonderful selection of wines to offer, and our team are happy to recommend a beverage to pair-up your meal. Our full beverage menu is available on the menu page.

6. Can I bring my own choice of cake?

You may bring your own cake or we also can make it by prior arrangement with the Cleopatra team. No external food or beverages are otherwise permitted.

7. Do we cater for dietary requirements?

Yes absolutely. We are well concern about our guest dietary requirement and take it very seriously.

“Researchers in Clinical and Experimental Allergy suggests that Australia has one of the highest rates of documented food allergy and hospital anaphylaxis admissions in the developed world. The Australian Bureau of Statistics indicates that 17% of Australians avoid particular foods due to an allergy or intolerance, a worrying total of 3.7 million adults”.

Please make any dietary requirements known when discussing your booking with our team (48 hours in advance for group bookings).

8. Do we have a kid’s menu?

Yes, our kid’s menu is available on the homepage.


9. Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Our gift voucher is the perfect gift for those who loves great food, drinks and views! E-gift vouchers are available to purchase from our website or physical voucher can be purchased from the venue during opening hours.


10. Do we have a disabled facility?

Our venue has designed for disable access. A member of staff is always willing to escort any person in need to access facilities, toilet for instance.


11. Is there any parking nearby?

Our venue is surrounded by an abundance of free parking.

Street parking is free along The Esplanade, provided vehicles are parked legally. Some areas have time limits which are clearly signposted.

City of Stirling Scarborough Beach car park is free, provided vehicles are parked legally. Some areas have time limits which are clearly signposted.
